Robbo is Newcastle born and bred (NE4). I attended my first game in March 1982 in the old 2nd division against Chelsea (1-0), with Chrissy Waddle getting the solitary goal.

Gaz is a born and bred Toon fan from Gateshead. He went to his first games in the 1990/1991 season and began his regular pilgrimage at the start of the promotion season in 1992/1993.

He can’t remember his first ever game (but reckons it was probably shite!) but his first recollections of being at SJP is the first game of 92/93, when United beat Southend 3-2. Bracewell, Clark and an o.g from Spencer Prior were United’s scorers, the team that day was:
